When We Can Help
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We will assist you in the following cases:
Damaged Product on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective
Wrong Product Delivered
If you received a different product than what you ordered
Manufacturing Defects
If there are quality issues or manufacturing defects
What We Cannot Accept
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Returns due to size issues (please check size guide before ordering)
Change of mind or style preference
Products without original tags and packaging
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Resolution Process
Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost
- Store Credit: Receive credit for your next purchase
- Refund: In exceptional cases, a full refund to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
